The 6th Annual Pink Ribbons for Life Event will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2009. For those of you (and there were many) that attended last year, we can't wait to have you back again! TIME: Kick Stands up 11 a.m.; Doors Open 12:00 Noon.

We will have door prizes, a silent auction and a Chinese auction*, as well as TWO 50/50s! One drawing will be early, and the second drawing will be held towards the end of the event, so you have twice as many chances to win!

LIVE MUSIC: (*subject to change)
We have two awesome groups to perform for you! First on stage (12pm - 2pm) will be DDT, a Florida-based classic rock band, who are donating their time and energy. Check out their MySpace. Next on stage (2pm - 5pm) will be Showdown* who can be seen and heard at Cowboys Orlando on a regular basis. They are fantastic, so you won't want to leave early!


SPECIAL GUEST - DAN HAGGARTY:
We are honored to have as a special guest, Dan Haggarty! Best known for his role as Grizzly Adams, Haggarty has appeared in numerous films and TV shows including Easy Rider, Muscle Beach Party, Girl Happy and many more. He lives part-time in Central Florida and we are honored to have him as a guest. Visit his website and check out his delicious marinades, sauces and other products!

VENDORS: We are accepting vendor space applications now! Please contact us if you would like to reserve a space to promote your club, interest, product or business.

COST: $25 in advance. Click here for on-line registration. Purchasing your registration packet in advance gaurantees you a long sleeve shirt in your size, an event pin, meal ticket, raffle ticket and more. At the door cost will be $20 which includes a food and raffle ticket only. Event shirts ($10) and pins ($5) will be available for purchase on a first come first serve basis.

Proceeds from this event will benefit Medical Organizations who help treat those afflicted with breast cancer and individuals battling this disease. Donations are accepted if you cannot attend the event. Please contact us for more information.
DONATIONS/SPONSORS: We are currently seeking sponsors and donations. Your generosity helps make this event successful. The Chrome Angels of Central Florida are a 501(c)(3) organization, so your donations are tax deductible! Please contact us, if you would like to be a sponsor or have a donation or prize. Sponsors receive registration packet(s) to the event and other benefits, so supporting this worthy event is a win-win situation.

PLAN AHEAD: The Angels would like to challenge bikers (and their families/children) to start growing their hair! The 2010 Pink Ribbons event will have hair cut bidding and we will donate the 10+ inch locks of hair to Eden Spa to be made into wigs for cancer patients! Our Next Meeting ...
The Chrome Angels of Central Florida meet the second Thursday of each month. However, as we are gearing up for our Annual Pink Ribbons for Life Event, we meet more often. Our next meeting will be held Thursday, December 4th at 7:00pm at a member's home. Please email us if you are not a member and would like to attend. There are often last-minute changes to the meeting location, and some meetings are designated for members only, so it is best to email us to confirm any details.

Our Next Ride ...
We ride all of the time. Often we will pick a charity/benefit ride that we want to support, or we'll venture out creating our own fun. Email us if you would like to join us on a ride. Everyone is welcome.

Other Rides of Interest ...
You just never know where the Angels will show up. We support other organizations and encourage participation in events which support breast cancer and help provide for less fortunate children.
